Dear Mr Harrison

Many apologies for the delay in replying. I've have only just re-launched my site (new host etc.) and hence have encountered a back log of messages.

The Conservative Party has pledged to address the NI tax hike that the present government has announced. Clearly, without access to the books it is difficult to make a firm commitment about when we will be able to reverse this dreadful decision. It is, however, our intention to do so as soon as possible. Paying the dreadful debt run up by this woeful government is our first priority.

As regards university funding, I hold the firm belief that Britain's future will be brighter if it invests more in its talent and supports university research, particularly in the field of science and engineering.

You can be assured that I am a committed low tax / small government Conservative.

Best wishes

Phillip Lee

Dear Dr Lee

I wrote to yo recently (30th December) via recorded delivery and as of yet have not recieved a reply.

I was a firm conservative vote until 1992 .David has re-inspired me to believe in the party again. Please do not shatter my hopes by neglecting to respond and also loose votes unnecessarily.
I wanted your views on the terrible, ridiculous decision that the current government has taken to increase the income tax burden by 1%. countless Millions will suffer as it will be applicable to anyone who earns more than £20,000

Clearly the Prime Minister believes we are still living in the 1970's when this amount was a good working salary. However we do not. I need your assurance as a voter that your party will reverse this appaulling decision.

Secondly will you reverse the insane decision to cut university Budgets

Thirdly wil you review taxation without representation. Which is Tyrany as previously stated.

Regards

Clive Harrison

hoping for a better future
