With immigration policy we should be encouraging those who want to give, whilst discouraging those who just want to take.

I believe many European countries still look to Britain for leadership and inspiration. We have a duty to lead, not to tag along behind.

Putting a Briton on the moon in the next 20 years would be a worthy goal and serve to highlight a new found desire to invest in science and innovation.
